	Dental agreement for BRS members

DENTAL AGREEMENT

This Dental Agreement has been made on behalf of members of the British Residents Society and

the dentist Mr. Serkan Altugra of No. 29/1 Ataturk Caddesi, Girne, under the following conditions:-

1. The agreement is available only to fully paid up members of the British Residents Society. Any benefits accruing there from can only be obtained on production of a current BRS membership card.

2. Mr. Altugra agrees to treat any fully paid up member of the BRS irrespective of age or dental condition. The costs and benefits will be the same for all such members.

3. The agreement is applicable to the services provided at Mr. Altugra’s surgery. Currently these cover a wide range of dental work ranging from routine maintenance, fillings and extractions to denture repair and provision, crowns, bridging and implant work. In cases where dental work within a hospital environment may be required, Mr. Altugra undertakes to provide advice and his best offices to assist any member covered by this agreement to obtain such treatment.

4. The scale of charges for any dental treatment will be as follows:-

a) Initial visits for check ups will be free of charge.

b) The charges levied will be those laid down as the minimum level recommended by the Cyprus Turkish Dental Association. Copies of the scale of charges will be made available on request.

c) A discount of 10% will be applied to the total bill for any dental work undertaken.

5. Mr. Altugra reserves the right to withdraw the application of this agreement from any individual for any violation of its terms.

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Mr Altugra is a fully qualified and experienced dentist being a graduate of the Dental School of the Aegean University in Izmir. Since graduating in 1992 he has practiced dentistry in Girne and is now the sole owner and operator of his dental practice.

2. The practice is conveniently located in the centre of Girne on Ataturk Cadessi in first floor premises immediately opposite to the Girne branch of the Limasol Turk Bank and the Garanti Bank .

3. The Surgery is very modern and impressively equipped with the latest aids in dental technology.

4. An appointment system for visits to the surgery is in operation and can be made by personal visit or by telephone (815 2911 or 0533 8614894).

Opening hours are from 10 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and from 10 am to 1 pm on Saturdays. Outside these hours an emergency service is available (Tel. 0533 861 4894).
