Permanent
Residency Applications

Changes have been made to the
requirements for Permanent Residency as follows :
Applicants must have completed five Annual Temporary Permits and have obtained
their sixth
Applicants must show they have not been out of the country in excess of 90 days per
year. An entry and exit report is required with an application. This is obtained
from the Central Police Station Lefkosa.
A local police report is required with an application.
An application form is completed at the Immigration Office Lefkosa
The cost remains at 1000 TL plus the cost of a medical which is required after
an application is made.
Applications are now accepted from Temporary Residents who rent property.
IMPORTANT
Existing applications in process will need to comply with the new
regulations any members who have made an application for Permanent Residency but
have not yet received it must visit the Immigration Office to amend their
application.
