Cypriot Kitchen at Zekai Bey Evi, Karpaz

The British Residents’ Society, Karpaz is joining Zekai Altan for a day of culinary treats, demonstrations and a full three course lunch in truly traditional Cypriot style. You will have the opportunity to experience the preparation of a variety of dishes, using home produced ingredients and original methods.

From 10.00 to 11.00 you will be welcomed with a hot or cold beverage and appreciate the pleasant environment of Zekai’s hotel, a sympathetically restored Cypriot house and garden. Following the demonstrations you will try the dishes, along with many others, during lunch; aperitifs, dessert and coffee included, to be served in the Giçça La Caverna restaurant, a delightful cave discovered during the renovations. It promises to be a day full of interest, new recipes to tempt your pallet and add to your culinary skills.
